How to Install WampServer to create a Localhost server on Windows

When creating a blog, website, or web application, you need a web development environment called a web server. Web servers can be obtained by renting from a web hosting service. However, a web server from a web hosting service provider is only needed when the website or web application is completely ready to go online.

Many CMS-based web developers such as Joomla, WordPress, and Drupal use local web servers while still in the development and development stages of websites. They don’t use a web server from a web hosting service because a website that is in the early stages of creation and development cannot be said to be complete and not ready to go online.

Using a local webserver instead of using a web server from a hosting service is to save costs. Initial website creation and development takes a long time even though you are using a CMS. If you want to use a web server from a hosting service, you need to pay for the hosting rental.

A local web server can be created on a desktop or laptop computer with the help of a software stack or web application stacks such as AMPPS, XAMPP, MAMP, LAMP, and WampServer.

By using the software stack, you can create a local web server quickly without installing and configuring the respective software needed to create a local webserver.
